1. Who the hell is Tila Tequilla? seems like everybody in the US knows her. Her name itself is already a walking curiosity.“Tila Tequila, is an American hot item because of her hugely-popularized show “A Shot at Love with Tila Tequilla” where she swings both ways (that means guys and girls). Ethel Booba has a competition.
2. Jessica Alba is pregnant. Yes. the hottest girl in Hollywood is pregnant, and she is still beautiful.

let me have an opinion on this. besides, i have studied Media Studies in college, thus i feel compelled to do so. let this be a guiding light for the future of Philippine free TV who despite the obvious intensity in the ratings war is becoming worse.
the obvious lack in Philippine TV is ethics. no wonder, despite the bombardment of GMA-7 that they are now ruling the ratings war, I really don’t care. Filipinos are now switching, not to them, but to the cable TV. Both are facing the wrong enemy, the enemy is the foreign TV, now that the Solar TV brought the foreign channels in the free TV.
i assume you have heard of the latest ratings scandal that now turned into a trial by publicity. I don’t support the two stations. I think they made the greatest PR blunder in Philippine media so far. ABS-CBN taking this issue so seriously that they orchestrated the expose so well, and GMA-7, trying to win the sympathy of the Filipino people but only making them more cocky and unethical.
What they should do is shut-up and face the real problem of Philippine TV. The dwindling quality of shows, the feeble attempt to make more important issues like poverty vis-a-vis Politics more visible to the public, the desperate resort to celebrate celebrity rather than to nurture the gift and talent of the individuals (Look at Marian Rivera, I think she is a prettiest girl in primetime, but Siete just did a great job in making her a marketing material rather than making her a great potential). I am sorry to tell, but I can only count the actors and actresses in Philippine showbiz who can act. The rest are just so-so and all faces.
The Filipinos used to watch local shows everyday. Home Along da Riles unstoppable comical relief, Magandang Gabi Bayan’s amazing stories about the floras and faunas, Balitang K’s daily dose of unbelievable topics. These shows are worth watching for. I can barely watch the pathetic costume of Zaido (that looks like an airbrushed recycled Plastic) and The Buzz’ loudness (they’ve just made it to the top of the noise polluters in the nation.
So, you see, I pity both 2 & 7. they think they are doing a great job, but sorry, I feel like you haven’t changed a bit.

other activities na wala namng katuturan hndi ko na ipopost. in short nag-enjoy ako. this year, sobrang busy ako sa pagtravel (Baguio last Feb, Antipolo and Batangas in May, Laguna also in May, Pampanga (Fontana last September), Ngayon Mindoro, then sa December Bora naman.) Hay, wla na akong pera.

Desperate Housewives, desperate, so desperate….
Ah, the desperate housewives fiasco. Why this grand focus on this. Just leave the show alone. Yes, it hurts, but crying out foul is too much. We are just making the issue a lot worse than supress it. Don’t put too much concern on it for heaven’s sake. Fighting fire with fire, wheeesh, such a mess, rubbish. Let us show them that we are not affected and the Filipinos are one of the best professionals in the world. Ok, so please, don’t be mad, DH will not solve our problems, it is just making our lives more miserable. Let us focus on a more pressing social issues that need topmost attention, not about Teri’s bullcraps!
And, re: Cory Aquino’s branding as “slut”. Well, that is a pointblank “foul”. Whoever did that, the person behind that idea, Fak Eeew. Imagine Cory Aquino as your mother and have her put on the tube with a “slut” word plastered on the face. Geez. Have a life.
It is a long weekend. 3-days without work. Wow, thanks to GMA, she really knows how to make Pinoys happy. Cheers to the long weekend.
One my bestfriend Nyx will celebrate his birthday on Monday. Seems like it was only yesterday when we celebrated his 21st birthday. Wow, time really travels so fast. Cheers to you bro, I have a lot of high hopes for you. Luv eeew man!
Bracing for the monday dilemma. Hope I could fix myself up by that time. BTW, thanks to Gen for giving me a wake-up call last Wednesday. It was really nice to have somebody talk to you about your life and where it is headed to. Talking to yourself alone is not enough. You need somebody to look for your flaws. everything you said Gen was a picture-perfect depiction of my current character.
My new drive: Work for yourself. Don’t push yourself too much. At my young age of 21, having the opportunity to work in a competitive company and earn huge salary is already an accomplishment, and consider it as a stepping stone for your next career move. Don’t work to please somebody or everybody. Let your inner self build your character, this is not the end of the world. This is just a training ground for a more challenging tasks ahead.
No worries. I am in control. I will show them the meaning of sales.

CHAPTER 1. Constructivist Theory.
i don’t know if you feel the pressure of coming up with a nice title and content for your first blog post… tha feeling of being pressured to make it look good and catchy because you wanted your blog to be seen and read by everybody. you know, blogging is not supposed to impress, needless to say, as what basic journalism cries, you have to express. you have to write what is within and not just a crappy thought you feel good enough to attract visitors.
well maybe, this feeling is just on me. i have no statistical data to support this hell of a theory. nevertheless, blogging goes on. writing is a passion, write for my sake.
you know three great things happen today. three tales of triumph (alliteration warnng). Pacquaio defeated Barrera. Pinoys are going crazy and nuts with this victory, the hype is so intense and Pacman is once again revered as the hero of the Filipino people. he always makes us proud. he is the modern day role model. oh yeah, did i say that boxing is bloody piece of sport. that’s a nice role model for the youth. keep punching and hitting your dreams. welcome to the desperate world of hopelessness, making us love the sport that hurts. nothing against the sport, nor manny, i just feel like we should have a reality check once in a while. instead of glorifying, exemplifying and imitating the deeds of some of our social workers and missionaries who help the poor, feed the hungry and dress the naked here we are making the media rich, making pacman more rich and making the american businessman (richest? well, i am not sure if this is the right superlative, i just hope we are on the same brainwidth).
let us see the big picture, at the end of the match, yes our spirit and nationalism is once again rekindled and uplifted, but what happens next? can pacman sustain our groqing economy, can he save the poor from the killing claw of poverty. plain and bold no! so please, i urge the media to stop making him looks like the savior of all, he is just a pure fighter. what the heck is happening to our rationality. let us focus on the more on our society for pakito’s sake naman.

the second win came from la salle. thank God they won. kudos to UE, you did a great job, sayang naman ang sweep. tsk tsk tsk. go la salle…kahit tomasino ako.

the third win is from kimi raikkonen of ferrari. iceman…you facking rack! your owesome!
